Automatic packaging line EESS-1

It is a fully automated line designed for high production. Is easy to use and the entire cycle is automatically controlled by a programmable electronic microprocessor. It consists of a wrapper with very few mechanical drive and pneumatic devices Shrink tunnel heated by electrical resistance.

WRAPPING
With feed conveyor, motorized unlocking containers, dynamic pack separator, rotary grouper rotary packaging wrapper and optionally carton feeder.

FEED CONVEYOR
Linked or modular, with transfer fingers and very low coefficient of friction. Driven by a motor and gear operated from the control panel. Received and moved the pack or containers to the pack separator. This conveyor works permanently, even if the computer stops from lack of packaging, to maintain a low pressure lung constantly full.

DYNAMIC PACKAGING SEPARATOR  WITH NEW DESIGN
Make the separation of a given amount of packaging depending on the package to make, COULD EASILY BE SET BY A STEERING WHEEL, TO THE DIAMETER OF PACKAGING. This element characterizes our equipment, and thanks to it the dimming time ("start up") is minimized.

ROTARY GROUPER
It has a certain amount of rods that are responsible for moving the package to the rotary wrapping.

ROTARY WRAPPING
Mechanically actuated synchronously with the rotating grouper, makes the wrapping of the package, by overlaying the base film package (overlap).

UNLOCKING PACKAGING
Avoid locking of containers in the inlet guides placed on the feed conveyor, transmitting a circular motion, without damaging the packaging or labels.

CARDBOARD APPLICATOR (Optional)
Easy access with adjustable side guides from one wheel to keep the cards in the correct position. Easy viewing of stock.

HEAT SHRINK TUNNEL
Air heating by electrical resistance groups, armored and finned aluminum metallized, easily removable for maintenance. The air is circulated evenly inside the tunnel to reach all points of the package, including the bottom, allowing, in this way, a distributed across the surface of the pack. Wire mesh conveyor chain gimbal. Electronically adjustable speed drive.

COOLERS
Packages are cooled at the egress of the Shrink camera for variable pitch fan.
